Our Mission and History 

Welcome to The Downtown Parkside Royal Poinciana Civic Association (DPRPCA).We are a 501c-4 dues paying organization comprised of homeowners, landlords, renters and business owners from three neighborhoods located nearby the downtown district of Hollywood Florida. Our Association dedicates itself to informing the community on the newest happenings and developments in our communities.


The Downtown Parkside Royal Poinciana Civic Association dedicates itself to informing the community on the newest happenings and developments in our neighborhoods.This historic neighborhood is full of culture and personality, and the DPRPCA wants to make sure that our unique city maintains its individuality. We started as just a small operation in 2018 when president Lynn Smith saw a need in the community. She built our association as we know it from scratch, with a little help from those closest to her.
